Head-On Greenville Car Accident Kills Both Drivers

Almost every serious Texas car accident involves a violent collision of some sort, but perhaps the most forceful type of collision in terms of basic physics is the head-on collision.  This is usually the case because one or both of the drivers does not foresee the collision for even a fraction of a second, thereby providing no time to take evasive measures to lower the amount of force generated.  Tragically, two people died in a head-on Greenville car accident early Sunday morning.

According to police, the latest fatal Texas car accident occurred at approximately 5 a.m. yesterday on on the I-30 frontage road near Loop 315.  A 1985 Chevrolet Caprice was moving in an eastward direction on the frontage road when it slammed into a 1986 Chevrolet Blazer that was moving in the opposite direction.  Aside from the two fatalities, a passenger in the Chevrolet was taken to a nearby hospital by helicopter.  The names of those involved were not released so that family members could be notified.
